Supervising for Operational Effectiveness - March 9-11, 2010 - Rayong Thailand
Start Date: 3/9/2010
Start Time:
End Date: 3/11/2010
End Time:

This seminar is intended for new and experienced process plant supervisors who lead technical employees and manage process plant operations. The seminar is also intended for those being promoted or those likely to be promoted to a supervisory or management role.

Process operators are the single most valuable asset to any production facility, and front-line supervisors are the key to realizing that value. Even though it is well known that the move from senior operator to first-line supervisor is one of the hardest career transitions to make, little is done to prepare supervisors for this role. Supervising for Operational Effectiveness will help supervisors develop the knowledge, skills, and attributes to succeed.

This competency-based training will provide supervisors with an understanding of the factors that drive production decisions, how those decisions translate into your production goals, the reasons people behave as they do, and how to manage behavior to lead their shift teams to maximum effectiveness.

Supervising for Operational Effectiveness is the basic foundation for KBC's front-line supervisor training system. This seminar consists of participative lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and practical reinforcement to help you apply the principles you learn for a running start on your future.

The fee is $995 USD per person.
