This seminar is intended for new and experienced process plant supervisors who lead technical employees and manage process plant operations. The seminar is also intended for those being promoted or those likely to be promoted to a supervisory or management role.

Process operators are the single most valuable asset to any production facility, and front-line supervisors are the key to realizing that value. Even though it is well known that the move from senior operator to first-line supervisor is one of the hardest career transitions to make, little is done to prepare supervisors for this role.
